At LTD Commodities, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lifestyle purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Locate Your Packing Slip
Find the original packing slip included in your shipment and fill out the return form located on the back to specify your preference for a refund or replacement.
Securely Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging whenever possible and include the completed return form inside the box to ensure accurate processing.
Apply the Shipping Label
Affix the Easy Return label provided on your invoice to the outside of the package, or use a carrier of your choice to ship the items back to our warehouse.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location or mail carrier; please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once it reaches our facility.
